Rob is the CEO of Momentous Corp., a holding company of internet-based and entertainment businesses. Rob is an Internet pioneer, founding Ottawa’s first internet service provider and the Canadian Internet Registry Authority (CIRA), which now manages the .CA domains.

As the founder and chair, Rob continues to provide his guidance to Internic.ca, as well as bringing registrant concerns to the forefront of organizations like ICANN and CIRA.
